Client job descriptions are turned into competency context: must-have skills, seniority, and role expectations that drive a fair comparison.

Smart ranking
Profiles are scored 0–100 with strengths, gaps, and follow-up suggestions. Clients see match insights after staff shortlist a candidate — keeping the programme privacy-first.
Privacy by design
Clients do not browse an open talent database. Match scores support shortlists released by Click Match staff. There is no direct client-to-talent messaging channel in the product.
